Recently, we have launched our “Onsite Knowledge Enhancement Program”. As part of the program four of our resourcers got an opportunity work from our client’s office in the United Kingdom. This program is devised to give our staff deeper insights into the work culture and environment of our clients firsthand.
It is a testament to our unwavering commitment is to provide experience to our team members that will help them evolve and grow both culturally and professionally.
Our team spent several weeks collaborating with our clients’ recruitment teams, assimilating their processes and methodologies. They had the chance to interact with various stakeholders and onshore team members, to deliberate recruitment strategies and best practices.
