He has successfully led complex turnaround and large-scale transformation RPO projects with an emphasis on improving the bottom line by either increasing revenues or reducing operating expenditures or both.
Manish Narang (aka Mac Milford) is Co-Founder and Operations Director of RPO Arena. Manish brings a depth of experience that spans across 18+ years in Recruitment process outsourcing. Through the course of his career, Manish has worked in leadership roles with leading recruitment agencies in the UK. Mac brings an extensive background in pre-sales and transition processes. He offers a unique combination of strategy, sales and operations which play a critical role in achieving operational excellence and scalability. Manish’s capabilities add tremendous value to clients based in the UK mainly in planning and implementation of key RPO projects.
He has extensive experience within the recruitment industry, having worked way up through the ranks. His growth trajectory helps bring a unique business perspective, plus proficiency with the industry best practices, policies, and procedures.

Subir excels in identifying opportunities for improving, developing and conserving businesses most vital resource, “manpower”. In addition, he brings in-depth knowledge about local and international Human Resource Processes, employment legislation, and legal compliance.
Subir formulated talent acquisition and retention strategies in his prior roles, improved all HR processes and programs, and implemented new ones, including career development, employee benefits, and training.
Subir handled recruitment and selection of management staff, including senior management and functional heads, campus selections, international hiring and mass scale hiring. His core strength is integrating and implementing human resource software systems for better efficiency.
