RPO Arena (part of Alpha ResourcingSolutions Ltd) announced Mr Manish Narang (aka Mac) will join as Operations Director with immediate effect.

Manish offers 18+ years of experience in leadership roles, working with leading healthcare recruitment agencies in the UK. He brings in-depth expertise in every part of the healthcare recruitment lifecycle ranging from job inputting on the ATS, sourcing, compliance, recruiting/sales and out of hours. Through the course of his career, he has quickly grown in ranks to successfully manage large-scale projects for UK-based recruitment agencies.  Mac brings an extensive background in pre-sales and transition processes. Manish has lifted and shifted several offshore recruitment projects for a number of mid-to-large healthcare and IT recruitment agencies.
