In his previous role, Ketan successfully built the RPO division at QX Ltd (now QX Global Group) , growing it into a team of nearly 500 professionals. He developed a team of strong leaders and implemented efficient processes, overseeing seamless operations across front, middle, and back-office recruitment functions. Ketan was also instrumental in managing strategic partnerships, alliances, sales, and business development activities, ensuring sustained growth for the organization.

Manish Narang (aka Mac Milford) is the Co-Founder and Operations Director of RPO Arena. With over 20 years of experience in Recruitment Process Outsourcing, Manish has held leadership positions at several prominent UK-based recruitment agencies. Throughout his career, he has excelled in pre-sales and transition processes, combining strategy, sales, and operations to drive operational excellence and scalability.
In his prior role at QX Ltd (now QX Global Group) Manish played a pivotal part in migrating and transitioning key projects, including critical healthcare recruitment projects. His extensive industry knowledge and hands-on experience in these areas have made him an invaluable asset, particularly for UK-based clients looking to plan and implement major RPO initiatives.
Manish’s progression through the ranks in the recruitment industry has provided him with a unique business perspective and a deep understanding of industry best practices, policies, and procedures. He effectively translates strategic vision into actionable goals, enabling organization-wide performance management. Subir Sinha brings in-depth experience in strategically planning human resource strategies and focusing on advancing the organisation’s vision. His HR leadership experience spans three decades with leading companies such as Arvind Mills, Reliance Retail Ltd., Motif Inc., and Reliance Communications.
Subir excels in identifying opportunities for improving, developing and conserving businesses most vital resource, “manpower”. In addition, he brings in-depth knowledge about local and international Human Resource Processes, employment legislation, and legal compliance.
Subir formulated talent acquisition and retention strategies in his prior roles, improved all HR processes and programs, and implemented new ones, including career development, employee benefits, and training.
Subir handled recruitment and selection of management staff, including senior management and functional heads, campus selections, international hiring and mass scale hiring. His core strength is integrating and implementing human resource software systems for better efficiency.
